Location : Our manufacturing unit is ideally located at Narasaraopet, Andhra Pradesh, India.
As the unit is closer to NH16 as well as the Howrah–Chennai main railway line it easier for procurement and logistics.
Most of the raw material is available locally, and the famous Guntur mirch yard and Duggirala haldi yards are in closer proximity.
Plant & Machinery : We are equipped with state-of-the-art machinery for grinding, mixing and packaging. Our plant has a daily
capacity of 3 tonnes, backed by our own cold storage.
The process of dehydration: The leafy vegetables goes through various processes such as pre washing, buble wash, later
visual inspection of leafy vegetables, slicing, blanching, de-watering, drying and powdering.
Quality Control : Strict quality control procedures have been
adopted while cleaning, sun drying, roasting and grinding. We adhere to the industry standards as part of our daily manufacturing practices.
The company has obtained all the necessary licences and certifications like Fssai, Agmark, Spices Board, ISO-22000, GMP and Halal,
for it's manufacturing activities. Our products are developed by adhering to international food safety standards. The company has it's own
full fledged laboratory for quality control.
